Scope of the site

These terms govern use of the Fitbodyjourney website at fitbodyjourney.life and, in summary form, how membership and studio visits work. The studio address is 190 Clemenceau Avenue, #05-02, Singapore Shopping Centre, Singapore 239924. The full membership agreement is the document you sign at the desk. If that document and this page differ on a paid plan, the signed agreement wins for that membership. This page still governs the website itself.

The site is provided so you can read programmes, hours, prices in Singapore dollars, and studio rules, and so you can send an enquiry. We try to keep information current for 2026. Timetables can change when a public holiday or a building notice requires it; the member board and this timetable page are the references. Prices on the membership page are the current public rates. They can change; the rate you pay is the rate in force on your billing date.

Who may use the studio

You must be old enough to enter a gym membership under Singapore law, or visit with a parent or guardian as we agree in writing. The floor is not a childcare space. Guests sign the same health declaration members sign. You agree not to misuse the enquiry form (false names, automated bulk messages, or content meant to disrupt the studio). We may ignore or delete such submissions.

Booking and cancellation

Booking rules are part of these terms. Classes open seven days ahead. Cancellation inside six hours, or a no-show, uses a coached allocation for that month. Waitlist promotions follow the same clock. Late arrival of more than ten minutes means you join if it is safe; it does not reset the session. Open gym hours follow the posted opening times, with last entry forty-five minutes before close.

Studio conduct

Studio conduct is not optional. Clip plates, re-rack, keep phones off platforms except for a coach-requested video, use chalk without decorating the floor, wear suitable shoes, and treat other members as people sharing a capped room. We can ask you to leave a session if conduct puts someone at risk. Repeated issues can end a membership under the signed agreement, with notice as that agreement describes.

Health, liability and the floor

Training involves effort and some risk of injury. You train within your ability. You declare injuries and conditions that affect lifting, including anything a doctor or physiotherapist has asked you to avoid. Information on this website is general in nature. It is not a medical diagnosis, not a rehabilitation prescription, and not a promise of a result. If you have a medical condition or injury, speak to a doctor before starting a programme. Return-to-Lifting works from a handover we are given; it does not replace the clinician.

Fitbodyjourney is not liable for loss that arises from you ignoring a coach's stop cue, training while unwell, or using equipment in a way you were asked not to. Nothing on this page tries to exclude liability that Singapore law does not allow us to exclude, including death or personal injury caused by negligence where such an exclusion would be void. Within that frame, we are not responsible for lost belongings left unlocked, or for travel delays that make you miss a session.

Intellectual property

Photographs, text, the Fitbodyjourney wordmark and the load-ladder icon on this site are owned by Fitbodyjourney or used with permission. You may not copy the programmes, scrape the timetable for a competing service, or present our pages as your own. You may share a link. Short quotations for a personal review are fine. Wholesale reuse is not.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms by updating this page. The date of the wording is 2026. If a change affects a live membership, we will also follow whatever notice the signed agreement requires. If you do not accept a website change, stop using the site and, if you are a member, use the cancellation path in your agreement.

If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. E-mail [email protected] or write to the studio address if you need a paper copy of the membership agreement before you join.
